REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • You lead with warmth but think like an analyst — you can connect with anyone and evaluate everything
  • Your organization is airtight and your follow-through is automatic
  • You communicate clearly in writing and in person, across every kind of personality
  • You stay sharp when priorities shift and the pace picks up
  • You’re proficient in MS Word, Excel, and practice management software
  • Spanish fluency a strong plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the first voice potential clients hear — up to 6 phone evaluations daily with empathy, professionalism, and sharp case instincts
  • Research claims, spot patterns, and draft concise internal memos that help attorneys move fast and decide smart
  • Keep the firm’s CRM, documents, and calendars immaculate — the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible
  • Collaborate across teams and step in where needed, including supporting new-hire training
