REQUIREMENTS

• Strong verbal communication and professionalism
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-up
• Ability to stay consistent with daily activity goals
• Organized and able to track and report leads accurately
• Prior experience in lead generation, recruiting, or sales is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and identify newly registered trucking companies using provided platforms
• Conduct outbound calls and messages to business owners
• Ask targeted qualifying questions to assess readiness and need
• Accurately track outreach and lead status
• Submit qualified leads to the closing team for conversion
