REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially on the phone
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with frequent context switching and shifting priorities
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
  • Dependable and responsive with excellent follow-through
  • High level of trustworthiness, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive personal and business information
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage communications for a startup, including responding to customer inquiries and acting as a customer support representative
  • Assist with scheduling, inbox management, and general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate appointments, logistics, and support for caregiving responsibilities for older parents
  • Handle personal errands and occasional local tasks (mileage reimbursed)
  • Jump in as needed to support evolving priorities across work and personal life
