Operations Assistant
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience in administrative or operational support is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with coordinating daily operational activities, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies, equipment, and materials
- Prepare and organize documentation such as reports, logs, and correspondence for internal use
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations
- Help monitor compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and answering inquiries
