REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in customer service, admin, or operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Tech-friendly and quick to learn new systems
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys improving processes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer calls and respond to emails from prospective customers
- Help new families get signed up and answer questions about our programs
- Support current customers with scheduling changes, account updates, and general questions
- Handle customer concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach
- Keep customer information organized and up to date
- Look for ways to improve how we do things—whether that’s using new tools or simplifying processes
- Help implement small improvements that make our operations more efficient
- Work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
