REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in customer service, admin, or operations is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Tech-friendly and quick to learn new systems
  • Someone who takes initiative and enjoys improving processes

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer calls and respond to emails from prospective customers
  • Help new families get signed up and answer questions about our programs
  • Support current customers with scheduling changes, account updates, and general questions
  • Handle customer concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach
  • Keep customer information organized and up to date
  • Look for ways to improve how we do things—whether that’s using new tools or simplifying processes
  • Help implement small improvements that make our operations more efficient
  • Work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
