Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven hands-on experience testing ServiceNow platforms
  • Strong manual testing skills across web-based applications
  • Test case design and test strategy development
  • Experience with JIRA and TestRail
  • API testing and basic SQL troubleshooting
  • 6+ years of relevant QA experience

Preferred

  • ServiceNow certifications (preferred)
  • ISTQB or equivalent testing certification
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (advantageous)
  • Prior exposure to ITSM/CMDB implementations at enterprise scale
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and coordinate QA activities for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Catalog)
  • Define and implement test strategies, plans and test cases to ensure full coverage
  • Execute functional, regression, exploratory and integration testing
  • Validate API and SQL-based integrations and data integrity
  • Log, track and manage defects using JIRA/TestRail; ensure timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers and offshore teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and drive QA best practices
