Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in business or IT. 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Experience with lending products: commercial, corporate, or construction loans.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong analytical and evaluative skills.

Organizational and cultural sensitivity.

Knowledge of requirements management and process modeling.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred

Experience with lending products such as commercial, corporate, or construction loans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Capture and prioritize customer requirements for new customer experience initiatives.

Act as product owner and guide teams to maximize project success.

Perform business process gap analysis and write user stories.

Manage customer expectations and translate visions into project backlogs.

Organize workshops to identify technical requirements.
