REQUIREMENTS
Clear, natural British or American accent.
Prior cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing experience.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, professional phone manner.
Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset for remote work.
Ability to work during Australian business hours.
Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to Australian prospects from a provided list.
Introduce and promote our products/services in a professional manner.
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
Update the CRM system with call outcomes and maintain accurate records.
Consistently meet daily/weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
Follow scripts while adapting to real-time conversations.
Handle objections confidently and keep calls engaging.
