Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician.

Knowledge of general maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and safety standards.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and professional attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Conduct AC servicing and technical tasks.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, mechanical issues.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent client service.
• Perform general maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across multiple systems.
• Conduct basic AC servicing and other technical tasks as required.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues safely.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Provide excellent service to clients and report completed work accurately.
