Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Have proven experience creating marketing and advertising-style visual assets
- Understand performance-driven design principles (CTAs, hierarchy, layout, conversion-focused visuals)
- Adapt creative concepts across industries such as:
- Healthcare
- Financial services
- Consumer products
- Mobile/web apps
- Other B2C or B2B verticals
- Are comfortable working across multiple domains and brand styles
- Have strong knowledge of common ad layouts and platform specifications
- Can translate marketing messaging into compelling visual creative
Required Skills & Tools
Experience with industry-standard design tools, including:
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Or similar professional design tools
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design engaging digital advertising image assets
- Create assets tailored to common ad formats (e.g., Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, TikTok, app ads, etc.)
- Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance and clarity
- Deliver assets in multiple sizes, layouts, and variations as needed
