Sales Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in renewals, sales coordination, or account support, ideally in tech or SaaS.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Customer focused mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Arabic & English language skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the administrative side of the renewal cycle and ensure timely, high rate renewals.
Track upcoming renewals and maintain accurate CRM data.
Handle customer enquiries on billing, contracts, and renewal terms.
Prepare renewal forecasts and report on renewal performance metrics.
Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on product features and communicate updates to clients.
