Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Proficient in attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a client-first approach

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to inbound reservation inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare detailed, accurate quotes tailored to each client’s travel preferences and budget
  • Process and manage bookings, payments, and itinerary changes with a high degree of accuracy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-trip experience
  • Resolve client concerns and booking issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings, packages, and promotions
  • Build and maintain client relationships to support repeat business and referrals
  • Other sales and marketing tasks as needed.
