REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in call center or customer support roles preferred, with strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus. Mandarin proficiency is desired but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently using computer skills and typing proficiency
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes
  • Outbound calling experience is advantageous for proactive client engagement
  • Strong analysis skills to assess customer issues quickly and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly when required
  • Previous experience in sales or client services will be beneficial but is not mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channel.
  • Process customer orders and order acknowledgments.
  • Support supply chain management that includes scheduling logistics and transportation.
  • Ability to forecast and manage inventory.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details to clients
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings
  • Enter and update customer data accurately within our systems using Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed with professionalism and empathy
