REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of audio and video equipment
• Familiarity with podcast studio setup and recording workflow
• Ability to operate cameras, microphones, mixers, and lighting equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Audio or video editing knowledge is an advantage
• Problem-solving skills for handling minor technical issues

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate podcast studio equipment including microphones, cameras, mixers, and lighting
• Prepare the studio before each recording session
• Assist clients during recording to ensure clear audio and proper video quality
• Monitor sound levels and video during live recording
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained after each session
• Coordinate with the team regarding bookings and studio availability
