REQUIREMENTS
- 4 to 7 years of experience in FnV / F&B / FMCG in the Hospitality (HoReCa) segment
- Must have experience handling key accounts in the 5‑star hotel category (Groups / Chains)
- Strong background in customer relationship management and service follow‑through
- Good understanding of HoReCa supply chain, food safety, and fresh produce handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Protect and grow revenue from existing Hospitality customers
- Increase sales via upselling additional products and cross-selling new categories
- Identify, target, and acquire new Hospitality customers across Hotels, Resorts, Fine Dining, Catering groups
- Build strong relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Purchase Heads, and Culinary teams
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per agreed credit terms
- Track customer demand, order patterns, and suggest product mix improvements
- Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure smooth service and delivery
- Conduct regular market visits, identify opportunities, and address service gaps
