REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in ELV system sales (CCTV, Access Control)
- Demonstrated sales success in the UAE market
- Strong client relationship and account management skills
- Good understanding of ELV products, solutions, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of SIRA & ADMCC standards is mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
- UAE driving license preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies for ELV solutions, including CCTV and Access Control systems
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and costing
- Ensure all proposed solutions comply with SIRA and ADMCC regulations
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals successfully
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
