REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in ELV system sales (CCTV, Access Control)
  • Demonstrated sales success in the UAE market
  • Strong client relationship and account management skills
  • Good understanding of ELV products, solutions, and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of SIRA & ADMCC standards is mandatory
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
  • UAE driving license preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for ELV solutions, including CCTV and Access Control systems
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and costing
  • Ensure all proposed solutions comply with SIRA and ADMCC regulations
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals successfully
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
