REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Technician, or Facility Technician
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Familiarity with hospital or healthcare facility maintenance preferred
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices
• Physically fit and able to handle maintenance tools and equipment

Preferred

• Technical or vocational certification in Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• Experience working in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities in Dubai
• Knowledge of infection control and healthcare compliance standards

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Inspect and maintain electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and fixtures
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair issues
• Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with hospital safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain and repair doors, windows, flooring, and facility equipment
• Assist in monitoring and servicing generators, water systems, and medical facility infrastructure
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections
• Follow UAE health, safety, and building regulations
