Backend Developer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, PHP, or Python
• Familiarity with frameworks like Express, Laravel, Django, or similar
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and optimize front-end interfaces and back-end systems
• Build responsive, scalable, and high-quality web applications
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to implement new features
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full technology stack
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions
