REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills for managing reservation systems.

Desired Qualifications

  • Vocational certificate or diploma in Food and Beverage service preferred.
  • Arabic language proficiency (plus).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Monitor open dining sections for available tables.
  • Estimate and communicate wait times to guests.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and handle inquiries.
  • Escort guests to their tables and introduce them to their server.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address guest concerns and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with special events and promotions as needed.
