REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in the IT industry, preferably in delivery, operations, PMO, HR or project coordination roles
  • Good understanding of delivery and project life cycles
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset
  • Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed end-to-end
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to dive into complex processes
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and coordinate core delivery operational processes
  • Prepare agendas
  • Document decisions and action items, delivering them to responsible stakeholders and facilitating execution
  • Prepare and distribute follow-ups
  • Track execution and support stakeholders in completing agreed actions
  • Monitor delivery operations and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps
  • Support continuous improvement and optimization of delivery and PMO processes
  • Support with events organization and execution
  • Support and coordinate resource planning activities
  • Maintain and analyze bench and capacity data
  • Facilitate resourcing and recruiting sync-up meetings
  • Take ownership of payroll-related operational processes
  • Coordinate with PMs, DMs, Engineering leadership, and Finance to validate and correct payroll data
  • Track deadlines and follow up on missing or inconsistent inputs
  • Coordinate preparation of candidates for client interviews
  • Prepare and maintain client-facing CVs
  • Support project start and client onboarding-related delivery processes
  • Prepare presentations and analytical materials (delivery metrics, operational results, status reports)
  • Coordinate delivery-related meetings and internal events
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for delivery stakeholders
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze delivery and operational data
  • Act as a coordination point between Delivery Management, PMs, and other stakeholders
