REQUIREMENTS
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex topics into actionable steps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a direct and professional approach.
- Experience in client support, training, or education, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Comfortable using a variety of digital tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Screencast-O-Matic, Shopwindow, Happy Scribe, Spatial).
- Motivated to understand client perspectives and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
- Self-starter with a passion for building systems and processes that drive client success.
- Demonstrable experience with AI.
Preferred
- Experience creating training materials and delivering virtual training sessions.
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, and support software platforms.
- Ability to synthesize feedback and data into actionable insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong relationships with a portfolio of Touchpoint Labs clients, understanding their objectives and helping them achieve measurable improvements in their business.
- Operate and become proficient in Touchpoint Labs’ software platform and a variety of other technologies, determining the best tools for each client scenario.
- Simplify complex concepts and processes, creating clear and concise training materials, including videos and documentation, to enable client success.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, including one-on-one and group webinars, to educate clients on best practices and platform features.
- Continuously evaluate client progress, adapting training and support to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, and Client Success to gather insights and develop effective educational resources.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and implement solutions that drive results.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, video, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of client success processes and training programs.
