REQUIREMENTS
- Experience using tools (e.g., MS Office) to effectively communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in a biological science, health science technology or equivalent education with relevant work experience
- A self-starter and able to work under own initiative
- Work independently while also as an engaged team member
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively delegate work to team members
- Demonstratable ability to apply critical thinking to problems and tasks
- Builds and maintains an in-depth knowledge of imaging & modalities within the life sciences industry and how they affect customers adopting our products
- Proactively participates in skills improvement training
- Proven ability of using Microsoft 365 products (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Financial management and acumen, with an ability to strictly manage a budget to a demanding target.
- Becomes well-versed and maintains an in-depth knowledge of technology within Perceptive, understanding how the technology is used to support client projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- May carry out low complex projects or sub-projects (typically with limited budget, interdependency with other projects, and no significant strategic impact)
- Use recommended portfolio, program, departmental, and project processes and workflows for planning, scheduling, and tracking.
- Monitor study progress and alert Project Manager and other involved study team members of any resourcing or timeline issues (e.g., review study status reports and perform recurring checks on data in the relevant study or perceptive databases).
- Perform a recurring check on project files.
- Support the Project Manager during internal and external study team meetings, as needed, taking meeting minutes if required.
- Assist the Project Manager with study document and slide development.
- Act as a Project Manager’s back-up during out of office times and act as the point of contact for clients during that time.
- Assist with cross-functional support requests and questions.
- Aligns project approach with stakeholders, and tracks activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
- Coordinate and support imaging center set-up, training, qualification
- Supports in the assessment, development, documentation and implementation of changes based on requests for change.
- Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project
- Regularly review the study status reports which may include status of site qualification, image processing, result reporting, and query management across all supported projects, and follow up with the appliable internal groups or imaging centers as needed.
- Provide clients updates on imaging center qualification via reports, and providing updates during study team meetings.
- Send independent review, eligibility or safety review reports to the study-specific designees (to include sponsor and site designees).
- Identify any needs for additional or non-standard reporting and work with Project Manager or other study team members on the requirements.
- Potential to assisting individuals with day-to-day activities by providing guidance, support, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Support any other reasonable duties as requested by the Project Manager.
- Carryout any other reasonable duties as requested.
