REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Coachable mindset and willingness to follow a system
• Comfortable having sales conversations
• Self-discipline and time management skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct scheduled phone or Zoom sales conversations with pre-qualified leads
• Follow a proven sales framework and ethical closing process
• Accurately track conversations and outcomes
• Continue skill development through live trainings, role-play sessions, and mentorship
• Represent our client’s brand with professionalism and integrity
