REQUIREMENTS

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software applications
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to focused work
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude eager to learn and grow
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and feedback

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist customers with account information, order status, and troubleshooting issues
• Provide accurate information and guidance to resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Document interactions thoroughly in our customer management system
• Follow established protocols to escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent communication skills at all times
• Continuously learn about new products, services, and company policies to improve service quality
