REQUIREMENTS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software applications
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to focused work
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude eager to learn and grow
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and feedback
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with account information, order status, and troubleshooting issues
- Provide accurate information and guidance to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Document interactions thoroughly in our customer management system
- Follow established protocols to escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent communication skills at all times
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and company policies to improve service quality
