REQUIREMENTS

– Previous experience in inside sales
– Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is a bonus
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

RESPONSIBILITIES

– make a minimum of 50 calls per day to prospected customers to generate new sales

– market and sale our proprietary software

– create and design marketing campaigns and material to generate new leads and sales
– Provide exceptional customer support
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and general inquiries
– Utilize data entry skills to accurately update customer information in the system
– Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
