REQUIREMENTS
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to confidently present information to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with students in educational settings or related roles such as teaching or academic advising.
- Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems used in education administration.
- Proven recruiting experience with a track record of engaging prospective students effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—that foster trust and rapport.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of university operations, admissions processes, and educational best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct engaging presentations and informational sessions to prospective students, parents, and community groups to showcase academic offerings and campus life.
- Assist prospective students throughout the application process, providing clear guidance on requirements, deadlines, and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with university departments to coordinate recruitment events, campus tours, and open houses that highlight our educational opportunities.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Ellucian to track interactions, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate records of applicant statuses.
- Advise students on academic pathways, admission criteria, financial aid options, and enrollment procedures to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, community events, and outreach programs to attract diverse student populations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university policies, program offerings, and industry trends related to higher education recruitment.
