REQUIREMENTS

· Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or a similar coordinating role.

· Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to make independent decisions under pressure.

· Familiarity with LimoAnywhere, Geo Tab, SLACK, Front , GPS, and mapping tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Receive and prioritize calls/requests from passengers and drivers.

· Schedule and dispatch drivers, optimizing routes for efficiency and timeliness.

· Act as a troubleshooter for driver issues, service interruptions, and passenger needs.

· Communicate clearly with field units (drivers) via phone, or messaging.

· Monitor vehicle locations and updates using GPS and scheduling software.

· Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of calls, dispatches, and operational data.

· Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and customer service standards.
