· 0–3 years of customer service or call center experience (entry-level friendly)
Strong communication & computer navigation skills (MS Office proficiency required)
Reliable, quiet work-from-home setup
Comfortable working on phones 100% of the time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide top-quality customer service via inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails.
- Troubleshoot order or optical-related issues.
- Enter and update orders, rework requests, and customer information.
- Use multiple systems (Salesforce, Optifacts, or other lab management tools).
- Follow through on inquiries and maintain accurate records.
- Learn and retain product/optical service knowledge.
- Meet performance metrics and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, quiet home office.
