RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide top-quality customer service via inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails.
  • Troubleshoot order or optical-related issues.
  • Enter and update orders, rework requests, and customer information.
  • Use multiple systems (Salesforce, Optifacts, or other lab management tools).
  • Follow through on inquiries and maintain accurate records.
  • Learn and retain product/optical service knowledge.
  • Meet performance metrics and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, quiet home office.
