REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s Degree in business/technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience
· 2+ years in a related field (life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech) required
· 2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program
· Experience in salesforce preferred, but not required
· Experience in excel
· Strong background in a multi-discipline environment with the need for high flexibility
· Experience with international contracting a plus
· Ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals
· Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities
· Ability to demonstrate superior interpersonal skills and to communicate with people from different backgrounds and cultures in written or verbal communication
· Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
· Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Self-direct and prioritize incoming requests for contracting and quoting support. Conduct analyses and provide reports as required from Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
· Monitor, maintain and update accounts, contract hierarchies (IDN/GPO and/or International associations) and insure accounts are aligned accurately to the appropriate structure
· Create, monitor, support and manage new accounts including contract lifecycle management quoting, operations reports and dashboards in Excel and Salesforce
· Develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency
· Manage data in Salesforce and other databases to ensure integrity
· Lead and support key commercial operations initiatives related to system structure and data flow (to Salesforce) and process improvements
· Partner with different department stakeholders to build and streamline contract managements processes
· Engage in frequent interaction with sales, finance, national accounts, legal and commercial operations teams to assist with questions, process improvements, and complex sales flows
· Support contract management including expiration monitoring, contract and amendment review and input to Salesforce and follow-up with contract process execution for both domestic and/or international contracts
· Support quoting process including expiration, ensuring quote forms and template are current and quote expiration and win/loss tracking
· Ensure all contracts and relevant information are entered into appropriate databases
· Contribute to various day-to-day activities and manage projects within the commercial operations and other departments as needed
