REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in channel account management, with Salesforce ecosystem experience or worked within the Salesforce Life Sciences business unit with explicit pharmaceutical expertise.
- Deep domain knowledge in healthcare and life sciences.
- Proven track record in building and executing joint go-to-market strategies.
- Experience collaborating with sales, technical, and partner teams.
- Strong communication, program management, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop trusted relationships with Salesforce regional and industry channel leaders.
- Strategically identify life sciences accounts for co-sell opportunities.
- Qualify, nurture, and advance opportunities to Sales Engineers or Customer Success teams.
- Lead enablement and incentives for joint partner campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Track and report on pipeline, opportunity conversion, and channel-originated revenue.
- Provide field feedback to refine vertical messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
