REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in channel account management, with Salesforce ecosystem experience or worked within the Salesforce Life Sciences business unit with explicit pharmaceutical expertise.
  • Deep domain knowledge in healthcare and life sciences.
  • Proven track record in building and executing joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, technical, and partner teams.
  • Strong communication, program management, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop trusted relationships with Salesforce regional and industry channel leaders.
  • Strategically identify life sciences accounts for co-sell opportunities.
  • Qualify, nurture, and advance opportunities to Sales Engineers or Customer Success teams.
  • Lead enablement and incentives for joint partner campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Track and report on pipeline, opportunity conversion, and channel-originated revenue.
  • Provide field feedback to refine vertical messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
