REQUIREMENTS

- Outbound calling experience and analysis skills are advantageous for supporting sales efforts and customer insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients with account questions, billing issues, and service requests using effective communication skills.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads or gather customer feedback.
- Enter and update customer data accurately in the company’s database using Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products or services tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication standards during all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and enhance overall client support.
