REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, account management, or consultative sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital CRM tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Must have no felony convictions
- Must live in the USA and have a USA work permit and be able to get licensed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients in identifying insurance and financial needs through discovery calls and meetings
- Schedule and follow up with new and existing clients to ensure personalized, ongoing service
- Support the onboarding and retention process with accurate documentation and attentive communication
- Manage contracting, client files, and policy records to ensure compliance and smooth operations
- Help promote our insurance and financial solutions through outreach and client education
- Track and process policyholder claims and updates to maintain high service standards
