REQUIREMENTS
- Availability of 15 to 25 hours per week, ideally in consistent half day blocks during standard business hours (8 AM to 5 PM EST)
- Proficiency in WordPress
- Comfortable working in Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Excellent editing skills (grammar, spelling, clarity, and context). Strong attention to detail – you hate an extra space and inconsistent naming. You will be checking firm name, links, telephones, bio information, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content edits and text edits in WordPress
- Edit and proofread law firm practice pages and biographies
- Create sitemaps for new websites
- Post finalized content to WordPress
- Basic photo edits and cropping
