RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media platforms and social media streaming sites.
- Collaborating with trainers, sales associates, recruiters, and social media assistants on talent development.
- Managing the agent’s or talent’s schedule, including booking meetings, travel arrangements, and handling correspondence
- Manage relationships with third parties to ensure effective communication and collaboration on projects.
- Conduct research on industry trends to support agency recruiting efforts and enhance our talent management of creators, hosts, artists, and streamers.
- Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, employee relations, and talent training.
- Engage in lead activities for new talent, business partnerships, and investors through cold calling, plus relationship management, to identify potential business opportunities through marketing.
