REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in English
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Previous call center experience in Medicare enrollment preferred, including familiarity with outbound calling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Competency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle high volume of calls tranferred from our overseas call center agents
- Perform simple Q&A tasks to filter qualified customers who are eligible for Medciare enrollment
- Utilize in-house dialer to transfer to our client’s licensed insurance agents
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
