REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in English

  • Previous call center experience in Medicare enrollment preferred, including familiarity with outbound calling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
  • Competency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle high volume of calls tranferred from our overseas call center agents
  • Perform simple Q&A tasks to filter qualified customers who are eligible for Medciare enrollment
  • Utilize in-house dialer to transfer to our client’s licensed insurance agents
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
