REQUIREMENTS

8+ years in enterprise or specialist sales (UCaaS or vertical sales preferred)

Consistent record of quota overachievement

Deep knowledge of Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing workflows

Ability to translate customer challenges into solution value

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Product, Marketing, Customer Success)

Excellent executive presence, communication, and storytelling abilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Build and execute GTM strategies to drive pipeline for our client’s Phone & Frontline Worker solutions

Identify and prioritize high-value accounts across Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing
-
Lead, coach, and support the specialist sales team to exceed revenue goals
-
Personally engage with complex and strategic opportunities to accelerate close cycles
-
Partner with Product to influence roadmap through customer-driven feedback
-
Establish repeatable sales processes such as plays, objection handling, and competitive positioning
-
Represent our client at industry events, webinars, and advisory boards
-
Educate internal teams and partners on industry workflows, compliance, and trends
