RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit and clean up candidate and requisition data across applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR platforms
- Identify and resolve duplicate records, outdated entries, and incomplete profiles
- Standardize data formats and ensure consistency across systems
- Collaborate with recruiters and coordinators to verify and update candidate information
- Generate reports and dashboards to track data quality improvements
- Assist with system migrations or integrations by preparing clean datasets
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring data aligns with internal policies and external regulations
