REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar field
  • Several years of experience in Technical Support, Account Management, or related roles
  • Solid knowledge of IT Service & Operations Management tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in German, very good English skills
  • Team player, eager to learn and adapt, with a structured working style
  • Nice to have: ITIL certification, SaaS experience, Linux administration, or web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSON/REST)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships as primary point of contact
  • Support with service, change, training, and consulting requests
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for our products
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
  • Guide new customers during onboarding and integration
  • Anticipate challenges and recommend proactive improvements
  • Collect and share customer feedback with product teams
  • Contribute to strategic planning to ensure long-term customer successm
