REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Several years of experience in Technical Support, Account Management, or related roles
- Solid knowledge of IT Service & Operations Management tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Fluent in German, very good English skills
- Team player, eager to learn and adapt, with a structured working style
- Nice to have: ITIL certification, SaaS experience, Linux administration, or web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSON/REST)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships as primary point of contact
- Support with service, change, training, and consulting requests
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for our products
- Understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
- Guide new customers during onboarding and integration
- Anticipate challenges and recommend proactive improvements
- Collect and share customer feedback with product teams
- Contribute to strategic planning to ensure long-term customer successm
