RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and manage nurse credentials, licenses, and expirations.
- Support onboarding by coordinating reference checks, license verifications, and new hire communications.
- Assist with scheduling and follow-up for orientations, clinical calls, and first-visit check-ins.
- Maintain compliance records and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate preceptor vetting and orientation pairings.
- Generate and distribute monthly reports for active and inactive staff.
- Support engagement initiatives, including referral and rewards tracking.
