REQUIREMENTS

  • No prior submittal experience required; full training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable using email, chat platforms (Microsoft Teams preferred), and phone for regular communication.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a detail-oriented, high-pressure role (e.g., dispatcher, line cook, medical billing, airport operations, administrative support) is a plus.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, edit, format, and organize submittal documents for project teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation prior to submission.
  • Coordinate communication with coworkers, vendors, and customers via Teams chats, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain organized digital and/or physical files for easy retrieval of project documentation.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding submittals to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Gain working knowledge of company products, services, and project documentation requirements.
  • Support project managers and other team members by preparing and distributing documentation.
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all communications.
