RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer calls and chat requests inbound to accessibility services.
- Process incoming referrals and cases
- Schedule appointments between specialists and students
- Log and check incoming mail and voice mail.
- Achieve quality assurance standards for accuracy and customer service.
- Assist in the research of assistive technologies and resources.
- Serve as a member of the ADA Committee.
- Inform students and staff of university programs and policies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
