REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of admissions, advising, sales, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- Proven ability to guide people through decision-making.
- Organized, self-starter, and able to manage multiple prospects.
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends during student events.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact prospective students via phone, email, and text to discuss our client’s programs.
- Conduct admissions calls, uncover goals, and recommend the right path for our client.
- Guide applicants through the application, tuition, and enrollment process.
- Assess student readiness, financial ability, and commitment to mentorship.
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing funnels, events, and referrals.
- Provide onboarding support to ensure a smooth start in programs.
- Collaborate with events and operations teams to ensure students transition successfully into workshops and mentorship.
