REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of admissions, advising, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Proven ability to guide people through decision-making.
  • Organized, self-starter, and able to manage multiple prospects.
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends during student events.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact prospective students via phone, email, and text to discuss our client’s programs.
  • Conduct admissions calls, uncover goals, and recommend the right path for our client.
  • Guide applicants through the application, tuition, and enrollment process.
  • Assess student readiness, financial ability, and commitment to mentorship.
  • Follow up with leads generated from marketing funnels, events, and referrals.
  • Provide onboarding support to ensure a smooth start in programs.
  • Collaborate with events and operations teams to ensure students transition successfully into workshops and mentorship.
