- 3-5 years of directly related experience
- Strong knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of function/department/field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides a wide range of support to assigned area
- Prepare files
- Review and audit documents for compliance and accuracy
- Ensure that files are complete and obtain missing documents
- Track status
- Prepare policies
- Document recordings
- Prepare escrow disbursements
- May act as the team’s resource and subject matter expert
- Follow department’s processes and procedures in daily activities, actively identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
- Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives
