REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in software development, preferably on customer-facing applications and in support-driven engineering environments.
- Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript. Familiarity with Google Cloud, VS Code, Xcode, GitHub, and Firebase.
- Experience with React Native, and/or other modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, Next.js, Redux, Context API, React Hooks, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and UI frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, database technologies (e.g., MySQL), and handling JSON/AJAX for data integration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality code and support.
- Ability to work CST hours (9am–5pm) with a rotating Monday–Sunday schedule for support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support for the Brello user app.
- Contribute to the resolution of bugs and system issues across the application stack.
- Perform development-related tasks as assigned by the Lead Developer, which may include:
- Developing and maintaining user-facing features (frontend).
- Building and optimizing server-side logic and databases (backend).
- Integrating APIs and ensuring seamless data flows.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams under the guidance of the Lead Developer to ensure alignment and efficient workflows.
- Adhere to established SOPs, ticket workflows, and escalation protocols.
