RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Content Studio, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and managing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening techniques to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner while fostering relationships with the online community.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Assist in graphic design projects using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for promotional materials.
