Proficiency in computer systems and applications; ability to quickly learn new platforms.

Experience in skip tracing or related account management fields a plus.
Familiarity with workflow management systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assign new accounts to Skip Tracers in a timely and accurate manner.
Reallocate (“flip”) accounts among the Skip Floor team as needed to optimize productivity.
Monitor past-due comments within Skip Queues and escalate issues when necessary.
Forward information from clients regarding updates and other relevant details provided.
