REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, client intake, or customer service (professional services or legal experience preferred).
  • Strong phone presence and comfort with outbound/inbound calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, approachable manner.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and guide prospects toward decisions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in:
  • Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • CRM systems (Keap preferred)
  • VOIP platforms (RingCentral preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound and inbound VOIP calls with potential clients scheduled on your calendar.
  • Qualify prospects by confirming their legal needs align with our practice area, answering initial questions, and building rapport.
  • Guide prospects through the scheduling process for a paid consultation with a Bold consulting attorney.
  • Secure payment information or provide booking links via email/text.
  • Perform timely follow-up with prospects who have not scheduled or completed next steps, using phone, text, and email outreach.
  • After consultations, follow up with prospects to review engagement letters (Client Service Agreements), explain terms, and assist with electronic signature.
  • Accurately document all interactions and maintain updated records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client onboarding and a high-quality client experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of client intake processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
