REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone presence
- Comfortable in a sales / outreach environment
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Basic computer / CRM skills, capable of using phone app, spreadsheet or lead tracking
- Reliable internet connection (if working remotely)
- Previous call center / tele-sales / appointment setting experience is a plus, but not strictly required
- Ability to commit to certain hours per week (flexible but consistent)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use a desk phone and provided calling software/app to call prospective customers
- Engage prospects in friendly, professional conversation; ask qualifying questions
- Present Titan Lighting’s services (holiday lighting, landscape lighting, seasonal lighting) and capture interest
- Schedule appointments / site visits for the field team
- Log call notes, track results, update CRM or lead management system
- Follow up (as needed) to confirm appointments or reengage prospects
- Reach target metrics (calls/day, appointments set) when leads are available
