- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
