RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle outbound calling for follow-ups and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
  • Process cash handling transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
